Stephen M. Redding, P.E., LEED®AP Principal/President sredding@rlbengineers.com A graduate of Rice University, Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering in 1971. As a Professional Engineer he is registered in Texas and 25 other states and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. Steve is the current president of the Houston Chapter of ASHRAE, is a member of Rice Design Alliance, and serves on the board of the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In his current role as president and managing principal, he is actively involved in meeting with clients to understand their needs and is in involved in the design process from conception to fruition.

Arthur R. Linden, P.E., LEED®AP Principal alinden@rlbengineers.com Mr. Linden brings 35 years of engineering experience to Redding Linden Burr in the design of plumbing and fire protection systems. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin and is a member of ASHRAE. His experience in designing systems for large commercial and institutional buildings brings added value to the firm's collective experience.

Richard W. Burr, P.E., LEED®AP Principal rburr@rlbengineers.com Richard is well-known and well-respected in the engineering and building community for his many contributions to Houston. Founder of Burr Engineers in 1971, he is a registered Professional Engineer in 32 states, and is regularly consulted by people in the industry from across the country. Richard has served as president of the Houston Chapter of ASHRAE, is a Fellow of ASHRAE and maintains an active membership in ASHRAE. He is also active in other professional organizations such as BOMA and he has been a member of the City of Houston Mechanical Review Board for over 20 years. Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

James Chee, P.E., LEED®AP Principal jchee@rlbengineers.com Mr. Chee received a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Rice University in 1976. He brings more than 25 years experience in commercial and industrial projects, along with the ability to work seamlessly with clients and consultants. Jim provides both technical and project management expertise to Redding Linden Burr projects, and he has developed various tools to improve the speed and accuracy of the firm's work.
