The Trading Floor and its support IT/Server room is cooled by a VRV DX system to provide maximum ceiling height with the condensers on the 23rd floor discharging their heat via a heat exchanger to dry coolers on the 50th floor roof. The Trading Floor including IT/Server and its HVAC equipment is backed up by a generator located on the ground floor from 23rd.
