Downtown Houston’s only shopping mall contains nearly 200,000 sq. ft. of retail stores, food court and hustling, bustling downtown workers. RLB was involved in the facelift of the existing mall common areas and entrances. The new design provided by Morris Architects has a unique lighting design and includes several decorative banners added to the exterior of the building. RLB was also involved with the building of several new retail spaces in the mall during and after the common area construction.
