The Park 8 Retail Center, located at the Sam Houston Parkway and Beechnut, includes over 150,000 sq. ft. of retail space adjacent to high rise condominium buildings. RLB’s design gave careful consideration to utility sources and multiple HVAC systems, including DX rooftop units and water cooled air handlers to ensure individual metering of utilities for future tenants.
