This Project was completed in 2011. Redding Linden Burr was the prime consultant for the TAMU Zachry Life Safety Systems Upgrade Project. The Zachry Engineering Building was originally built in 1968. It is a 5 story structure, with approximately 300,000 square feet including the below grade parking level. The project included providing a new fire sprinkler system thoughout, a fire alarm system, and emergency lighting system upgrades. ADA upgrades for toilet rooms were also performed.
