This project consists of two office buildings: Building A is 75,000 sq. ft., four floors; and Building B is 120,000 sq. ft., six floors. The project was designed for Leed Core and Shell application. RLB designed the MEP system and documented compliance to MEP related LEED points for Consolidated Architectural & Planning Services. Notable features of the building include optimized energy performance and reduced light pollution.
