Multiple chilling units were replaced on the 31st floor of the El Paso Energy Corporation building in downtown Houston. Installation of the new equipment on Level 31 required installation of a temporary lifting crane on the roof to lift component parts up to the installation level. Handling and hoisting of the components was a feat unto itself. RLB was responsible for the chill packages, refrigerant and oil, controls and connections, starters and disconnects, variable frequency drives and also was on site during installation.
